Integrated justice is intended to produce better outcomes measurable in program and policy evaluations. By using logic models, CSLJ is helping to identify ways that justice IT outcomes go beyond measures of system capacity, use and output of reports to provide improvements in service delivery throughout the justice system. Performance measures should be part of a performance management system using the Results Chain that includes a “balanced scorecard” of measures.
