What is a "Power User"? They are often unseen technology resources present in every organization. These people are not recognized as experts, but they possess a higher level of expertise than the average employee does. They understand computer technology concepts others do not seem to grasp. They often show interest in helping others, have a computer at home and have raised their technological capacity by trial and error. They are the "power users" of your organization. |

The seminar begins by defining the role of the "power user" in an organization and moves on to adult learning and mentoring techniques.
